I lead at the intersection of user-centered design, storytelling, and digital transformation to shape journeys that matter.
Currently, I lead all experience design across the shopping, purchase, and service journeys for Signet Jewelers’ family of brands, guiding many cross-functional teams to deliver more personalized, seamless, and meaningful experiences at scale. Experimentation alongside research is a huge part of today’s user experience and digital landscape. I am well-versed in (and a huge advocate for) running tests, building flexible roadmaps and generating iterative ideas to allow results and knowledge to shape your overall CX strategy.

I am passionate about design and particularly about digital experiences. I began as a designer, so I know how to empower teams to create beautiful, usable designs while also leading with empathy.
CX Storytelling
One of my most important jobs as a leader is to be able to connect the dots across the entire customer journey (even outside of digital). My diverse creative background has taught me how to craft a brand story across every creative medium.
User Research and Strategy
I am well-versed in thinking from the user’s perspective and driving roadmaps and strategy based on real feedback. I also run workshops and host training to help focus on user needs.
Digital Transformation
While we all feel like we’re living in future at times, it can be a struggle to keep up with technology trends. I can help organizations shift their focus and transform their operations to really excel in the digital realm. I have helped many companies reprioritize so they’re better prepared for the future.
